Academics

I've recently begun to collect all of my various academic achievements and things into one place. This is most of it.

Cyberpatriot

For the past 3 years, I've participated in the international AFA Cyberpatriot competition. This competition aims to teach and improve defense tactics in the cybersecurity field. The first year I participated (8th grade) I placed 3rd place in the state. This was a massive accomplishment for me at the time, as I had almost zero experience with any defense-related tasks, farther than basic linux system maintenance. It was because of this strong victory that I decided to continue competing.

Fast forward a few years to now. At the beginning of the year, I had the opportunity to join the prestiege team of our school. The "creme of the crop" if you will. This team is called C0D3R3D. With the help of the amazing members of this team (special shoutout to Alpha) we managed to place 1st in the state of Alabama, in platinum division. This was a very special event for me, and pictured above is a picture of all of the participants who recieved awards at this ceremony.

Choir

About a year ago, I joined my school's choir program in the "beginning" level T(t)B(b) men's choir. It was a lot of fun learning all of the songs, going on trips, and participating in various events. At the end of the year, I auditioned for our top "Chamber" choir, and got accepted! This year, I am extremely excited to participate in all of the events and concerts we have planned, and I am extremely happy to be given this opportunity to be apart of an amazing choir program. Big thanks to my director, Tucker Ratcliff, and the Grissom Choral Parent's Assocation for making all of this possible!

Club Involvement

This year, I've decided to become leadership for a few clubs, namely the Technology Student Association, the Inclusivity Club, and the French Club. In the TSA, I serve as the Reporter, which essentially means I keep track of various events and manage our social media. You can learn more about that on our website.
I am also very excited to be a part of the Inclusivity Club. A lot of my friends are members of that club, and it seems like an amazing space to meet like-minded people who share similar experiences to me.
